Transmission

I see myself reflected in my roots of ancestry
in the lives that lived and danced before i ever came to be
From heart to heart , body to soul, their wisdom helps me see
that the love of all my ancestors is present inside me

We are a sum of many parts, many pasts and many lives , of the hopes and dreams, the struggles and triumphs of those that came before us. May we honour and remember that the little seeds of our Ideas, wisdom and creativity are a constellation of the many lives lived, both past and present.
